Make sure that your device is fully charged and a SIM card has been inserted. Additionally, make sure to check the following:
- Make sure that the SIM card's PIN code is not active. Insert the SIM card to a spare unlocked mobile phone to check the PIN code. If PIN code is active, please remove the PIN then re-install the SIM card to the device.
- Make sure that the SIM card is properly installed to the PeTrack before putting the cover back. (Please refer to the link below on how to properly install the SIM card.)
- Make sure that the SIM card has available credits. If you plan of setting up Geo-fence, please be advise that there is a possibility of being charged.
- Make sure that the device is not in standby mode. PeTrack automatically goes to standby mode when it is kept still for 3 minutes. When the device is in standby mode, you won't be able to track it. If this happens, just slightly touch the device to wake it up.
